what is radiation technology ?
radiation is the branch of physics. it is used in medical field, nuclear rector, defence & many areas.

radiation is mostly two type
1.  ionising radiation
2. non ionising radiation
 1 ionising radiation  - most of the radiation is ionised.  alpha rays, beta rays, gamma rays, & x rays       are ionised.
       it is used in dignosis and treatment of disease in medical
       it is used for energy production in nuclear reactor
   
 alpha rays can't penetrate to paper but beta rays penetrate to paper and stop by plastic
xrays and gamma rays pentrate to body tissue and plastic  but absorbed by lead sheat or wall 

ionising radiation is create harmful effect on humens or living creature 
it produce two type effect on body
1 accute effect
2 cronic effect
they are loss to fertility in males and females .
the worker of radiation field is suggest to take proper protection. and read rules and regulations of local control athority ( atomic energy regulatory board AERB  in india is control on all work of radiation )

2 non ionisng radiation --it is mostly used in mobile towers. it's effect on human body is  very low.
